Best headset yet Mar 09, 2010 Love this product. I use it for my LG Dare which has a 3.5mm hole. I bought a headset adapter to go with it and it works fine Headset Buddy Adapter: 2.5mm (Female) Phone Headset to 3.5mm (Male) Adapter - Convert 2.5mm Headset to 3.5mm iPhone, Blackberry, Droid, Palm. The extended mic makes it easier for people to hear me on the other end. Everyone says they can hear me perfectly and can never tell if I'm using it or not. They can even hear me when I'm whispering. I use it at least an hour a day. It's very comfortable and doesn't leave any marks on my ear after using it. It stays securely on my ear. I haven't used it outside or in any noisy environment like an office so I can't comment about that. It's unbelievable how this product cost so little and yet works so effectively. The only bad thing is that I need to increase the volume a little to hear the other person.
Attention Xbox users. Mar 07, 2010 I bought this for my xbox 360. It works great in fact I still use it today. The only problem is that my friends always say its too quiet. I rated this four stars because of the price and because I don't know how well this works with cell phones. Oh and back when i bought it it was only like .99 so i suggest another headset.
Good, inexpensive headset Feb 19, 2010 This headset is lightweight and stays on well even when wearing a hat or sunglasses. The sound is good and doesn't have the echo-y sound of some other headsets I've tried.
Great for the money Feb 17, 2010 My wife and I bought these as replacements for our bluetooths (blueteeth?), because it seemed like neither of them ever provided a good connection. I read the reviews here and these seemed decent, but I was skeptical due to the price. We ordered them and figured if they didn't work well, we wouldn't be out much. We were very pleasantly surprised. It is actually clearer than NOT using a headset. My wife drives our son home every day and we usually talk on her way home. When she talked directly into her cell, often she had to hang up if he was crying or screaming because I couldn't hear her. With the noise cancellation, I can still hear him but it sounds like he's further away and even full-on tantrum I can still hear her clearly. The downsides? It's not incredibly comfortable, but it's OK for an hour or so and it fits securely. Plus it only takes a second or two to put it on your ear anyway if you don't care to keep it in all the time. It also doesn't have the features of a bluetooth, like a button to make or answer calls, and the actual headset doesn't make any sound when you receive a call. But seriously, what do you want at this price? Excellent product - very highly recommended.
Works well Feb 17, 2010 Pros - People can clearly hear what I speak on the other side of the phone, when using this headset.
Cons - Audio reception is not as clear as talking on the handset. No volume control. Sometimes it is hard to make it hold on the ear.
